Manual harvest. Grapes from an old vineyard in Encruzado da Quinta do Ribeiro Santo. Grapes pressed with 100% stems. Selection of grape must and decanting at low temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with the indigenous yeasts of the wine followed by aging in stainless steel tanks, being only filtered before bottling. Crystalline color, with notes of white fruit, citrus and some wet stone. In the mouth it is fresh and young, with a vibrant acidity and an enveloping aftertaste. Our most natural and uncomplicated wine, showing the simplicity of the Encruzado variety, without aging in barrels. It accompanies all kinds of salads, white meats, sushi and grilled fish. Contains sulfites.
